We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To exchange a purchased product, you may contact us and send your request at email@example.com. To be eligible for a free exchange, requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. An exchange request beyond 24 hours of purchase will require a penalty fee of SGD5 for delivery purposes. If the initial product has already reached you, a permitted return is required before the exchanged product is delivered. The steps are the same as the "Returns" section above.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and you will receive your refund within 14 days. We will not be liable for additional time taken by your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The delivery charge incurred in the initial purchase will be refunded as well. However, the delivery fee incurred for your return of the package will not be compensated for.
